We have the situation to run Filerun with all associated plugin like Elasticsearch, imageMagick,Tika etc on intranet not internet on organization own LAN/WAN. Can we register/purchase for this scenario.?

Using a local IP address, "localhost" or any other hostname that does not look like an Internet domain is not an option.

Using a local hostname which looks like an internet domain name, or an IP address which is not a local network IP address, is the only option. Internet access is not relevant.

This applies to both free and Enterprise version.

You can do so even with the free version. However, you won't be able to register for FileRun updates.

So what will be the procedure to update. Reinstall the program again?

Use a hostname/domain to access the installation. Accessing via localhost has no value anyway.

We will access our webserver over our LAN/WAN by the IP address or Host name of the server like http://servername/filerun

Then you don't need to register via localhost.

If I do not register the free version  will limit only 5 users and no option for logo image.

How are all your users going to access the FileRun installation if it is registered to localhost? :)

by accessing http://server name/IP(localhost)/filerun

Your installation is already registered, I feel like you are trolling at this point.

Pardon I think am not able to ask appropriately what i want to . Yes I have installed an other filerun on my .com domain and its registered and its giving me 10 users accounts.

But I have requirement to install  filerun on organization own LAN/WAN with no access to internet(outside world/outside the organization)

Hope you will understand my point.

This is my installation and any one in the network can access it ( http://desktop-3rtbcca/my-files ) as per your answer I can not update/register/upgrade to enterprise version in this scenario.

If you purchase an Enterprise license (from this page: https://filerun.com/enterprise) we can provide a solution for this case. Please contact us via e-mail https://filerun.com/contact if you have any additional questions regarding Enterprise FileRun.
