Except for office web viewer, everything else works
video,audio,picture,txt and PDF are work properly。only Office web viewer was not work properly. what should I do ?

Office Web Viewer is an online service provided by Microsoft. There can be many causes for the problem, such as: the Microsoft server cannot access yours to fetch the document data, or the service fails to process the data. It is unlikely to be caused by a FileRun bug.

in free version, thie office web viewer doesn't work at all
You can access a free-for life API key from zoho.com and use Zoho editor
Not only we can view files but we can also edit the files using zoho editor
