1.) After installation, the user account does not display in Control Panel under Users list it's blank so home folder cannot be set


2) Error message upon opening the Control Panel says: An error was encountered upon loading data from the server.


3.) Error message that does not go away: Failed to load file list, please check your network connection.


4.) Password requirement too strict making it cumbersome.

A default PHP installation needs to be configured with a timezone, otherwise any date/time related functions (such as displaying a file's creation and modification date) fail. PHP developers let this up to each admin, to set its correct time zone. If your server isn't configured with one (although it should), or if you are using a hosting server located on different time zone, please use this guide: http://docs.filerun.com/time_zone

I experienced this problem today ("Failed to load file list, please check your network connection."), and I found that the issue was my time zone being set to an invalid option. If anyone has this error in the future, see the list of supported PHP timezones and make sure the one you have set in filerun.ini is valid.
