Unable to follow ubuntu symlink.
Hi All,
I have a nice and running installation of (community edition) FileRun, but I would like to have some symlinks in my filerun folder to other external (real) folders.
I have created the symlink, and FileRun actually displays it, but when try to enter it, it gives and error of "Invalid Folder".
Is this a limitation of FileRun, or a permissions issue in Ubuntu?
I thank you for you help in advance.
Best Regards

Hi Alvaro!
It may very well be a limitation from FileRun. I will check this and get back to you.
Hi Vlad,
I have some update... and the problem IS NOT a FileRun limitation.
If the symlink is to (any) directory in /home/user/ then, it works Perfectly.
But, if the symlink is to a samba share folder then it doesn't work.
I'm a fairly newbie on Linux..but this seems to me a permission problem with samba server.
