File Uploads and Page Views - Indefinite Loading...

Hello, I get this indefinite loading whenever we log into accounts that are NOT the superuser account.

Also when uploading files view the web interface as shown below. The only way to get rid of the below window is to click Cancel All, however the file does upload successfully. The superuser account does not have any of these issues and everything appears to work fine.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

By the way, I just want to mention I installed this just recently using the Ubuntu 16 guide.

Please specify the browser you are using and if you tried others, the PHP version you are using, if any error messages logged in the PHP configured "error_log" file.

Hello, I'm using PHP v7.0.28, I'm primarily using chrome, but have tried firefox and internet explorer. I don't see any error messages in the php error log. I'm hesitating to check into a browser issue or php issue, as the superuser account seems to work fine across all browsers. Thanks

You are welcome to contact us via e-mail with the URL of your FileRun installation and a sample login.

Make sure you do not set a value for "Space quota" for the roles you create. The field should not be there, as it is a feature only present in the Enterprise version. When roles were included in the free FileRun version with the last update, it seems that the field was left there, causing troubles if you use it.
