Took me a while to realize that you are using an URL for connecting with a regular WebDAV program.

For connecting using the desktop sync apps, you should not use "/dav.php/" at the end of the URL.

Under review

Please specify the HTTP server (Apache/Ngingx/IIS) and how PHP is installed (Apache module / PHP-FPM / FastCGI). My guess is that is Nginx with PHP-FPM, poorly configured. By poorly configured I mean, configured without following the official configuration examples and their notes (https://www.nginx.com/resources/wiki/start/topics/examples/phpfcgi/)

I am receiving the following error on my system with the latest update.

IIS 7 / Fast-CGI

any ideas?

Try opening the same URL in a browser. It should prompt for authentication and work with your FileRun login. If your FileRun login doesn't work, it means your current server configuration doesn't pass the HTTP authentication data to PHP.

When I put the URL in my browser it prompts for authentication and then pulls up the XML config file.

WebDAV is XML based, so that's the expected output format.

You should try with our demo to see if there is something wrong with the client program you are using, or the server. If it's your particular FileRun installation that is having this problem, I really have no other idea that I can suggest, as the only remaining thing to do is remotely troubleshoot the problem.

You are right! I was trying to use the wrong URL. It is now presenting the credentials screen, but it giving me a Erro 500. I need to drill down in the logs and see whats going on.

Thanks!

AWESOME program btw!!

I did try to setup with the demo, but your demo was down for me. It just gave me your hosts generic 404.
