Navigate Photos using Keyboard Arrows
When opening an image fullscreen, it'd be awesome if you could use the right & left keyboard arrows to go to the next & previous images within the folder (like the arrows on each side of the image do).

The functionality is already there. However, there is the inconvenience of the need to click the image viewer before the keys are enabled. So just click the image in the center.
I think it would be more intuitive if the focus was automatically set to the image so clicking isn't necessary to use the arrows. But that's not a big deal, I'll let my users know. Thanks!
I have improved this in the development version, so it will work better with the upcoming update.
Awesome, thank you!
A FileRun update is now available for installation. It includes the mentioned improvement.

This doesn't work anymore with the latest update
Works for me in the online demo. What browser are you using?
I'm using Firefox 68.0.1
There are no error message in the browser console.
Works fine for me with Frefox 68.0.1 too.
I did some more testing: the keyboard shortcuts aren't working in Firefox 68.0.1 when on Linux (Ubuntu 18.10). On Windows everything is working fine. Also, only some of the keys are not recognized on linux: left, right, up, down, escape. But Enter, Space and Backspace are working. Any idea what could be causing this?
We'll look into it!
It seems to be caused by the change mentioned here: https://www.fxsitecompat.dev/en-CA/docs/2018/non-printable-keys-no-longer-fire-keypress-event/
If I add my filerun site on the blacklist using
dom.keyboardevent.keypress.hack.dispatch_non_printable_keys
, the keys are all working perfectly.Does this help you in finding a solution?
Thank you for that, it is indeed the problem and we'll fix it with the next update.
The fix is included in the now available FileRun software update (https://docs.filerun.com/updating).
I am using chrome 75 so there are no issues
