Please try to connect to our demo server: https://demo.filerun.co (admin/admin) and let me know if that works for you. This is to exclude network connectivity issues or app issues.

well, I did it (https://demo.filerun.co). so there isnt any issues in this way. it worked as well

Are you using standard ports 80/443?

I don't know about anyone else but both Owncloud and Nextcloud as well as MS office viewer would not work with FileRun if I was using any other ports.

How can I find what port is used for FileRun?

Does it depend on hosting service or my pc?

What HTTP server (IIS, Apache, Nginx) are you using and what PHP running method (CGI, FastCGI, PHP-FPM, Apache module)? Have you installed the server yourself, or is it a popular hosting service?

Apache
and
PHP running method
is
FastCGI

I am assuming you have installed Apache and PHP yourself, as there is a very small chance that you would had this problem while using a hosting service.

Try accessing your http://your-site/filerun/dav.php/ in a regular web browser and let me know if you get the authentication prompt, and if it takes your credentials, and it displays an XML output.

well i did it and show me login filed and try cancel it then this message show me :

This application requires authentication.

I entered my password and username and then show me the XML file

I recommend you to contact us privately (https://filerun.com/contact) so that we can attempt to troubleshoot the problem for you. Do include the URL of the FileRun installation and valid FileRun credentials, so that we can reproduce the problem.
