View preview for .dem video files?

Hi all,

I am by no stretch a programmer or have any knowledge of how to do this. Is it possible to make it so you can preview .dem files (which are game files commonly used in CS:GO for example) in the same way as .avi, .mp4 etc? 

If so, is anyone willing to do this? I understand completely if not !


I have attached an example demo file at the bottom of this.

From what I understand those are not video file formats, but only metadata files that are being used by actual games for reply.
