IIS 500 Internal Server Error When enable ImageMagick or FFmpeg

phudtapon_earth 2 weeks ago • updated 4 days ago 6

I install FileRun on IIS 10.0 and use PHP 7.2.7. When I enable ImageMagick or FFmpeg or both. The IIS will stop working and show "HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error" What is it and how to fix.

Before enabling it, there is a button for testing the settings. What is the result of pressing it?

Ok these is result. But I use GraphicsMagick for image preview not use ImagesMagick because it work faster. But when I use ImageMagrick to preview images the IIS will stop working and show "HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error" same

500 are generic errors, behind which your web server is logging the actual problem description. You should check your IIS logs.

Perhaps the permissions of the ImageMagick or FFmpeg application files do not allow IIS/PHP to run them, or the "C:\Windows\Temp" folder's permissions do not allow IIS to write to it. Either way, if GM is working and you consider it better, continue using that.

I checked the permission "C:\Windows\Temp" or ImageMagick install folder every thing is normal. But the IIS still error 500

Update. Now I have move FileRun to Xampp and the problem not appear again. Thank You.
