Answer
Inside the FileRun control panel, you have configured limitations on the files the users can upload. This limitation can be set generally, but also for each individual account. If you review your settings, you will find the problem.
Hi there,
this question is old and I followed the answer but I couldn't find the setting to set it up.
The only one that I could find was "Blocked file type:" which is an empty field.
Note: I'm trying to upload files and folders that start with a "." (dot).
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Hi,
How to restrict the file upload type(extension)? For example: We don't want our users to upload .txt files etc. Where exactly is the setting for this within Control Panel?
