How to Regenerate Thumbnails

Brian R 7 months ago updated by Rudhra 2 months ago 5

How can I regenerate all thumbnails?  Our ImageMagick wasn't working properly and some them are inverted.  Can I regenerate all of them with 1 command, vs deleting and reuploading the file?

You can easily clean existing thumbnails, by signing in as FileRun superuser, right-clicking a root folder and choosing "Options" > "Control panel" and then "Clear preview cache".

We need to regenerate existing thumbnails.  It will not regenerate already existing ones.  Should we delete them?  Where do we do that?

How can you clean thumbnails for other users?
With superuser, I can  only clean thumbnails for the folder of the superuser. Not other users folders (even if I use login as.., there is no Control Panel)
