Nextcloud macOS client: Sync errors "A different E-Tag to proceed was received".

Hi,

using FileRun 20220202 with Nextcloud Desktop Client 3.4.4 von macOS 12.3.1 (M1 CPU).

On certain pictures and PDF files I receive the mentioned error "A different E-Tag to proceed was received" (note: self-made translation of the error "Es wurde ein unterschiedliches E-Tag zum Fortfahren empfangen." = German).

The PDFs themselves seem fine and do sync.

My server logs show like (which doesn't seem suspicious):

I found one similar - but quite old - topic here : https://feedback.filerun.com/en/communities/1/topics/485-nextcloud-error-the-server-did-not-acknowledge-the-last-chunk-no-e-tag-was-present-on-filerun
