Failed to move file to trash - wndows xampp

Hello friends

When I try to delete a file I get the error "Failed to move file to trash"

Uses xampp on windows

Anyone know a solution?

Check the control panel, user activity log, for any logged errors for the failed operation.

In 100% of the cases it is a folder/file permision error.
