Very common situation is that there are several users with the need of own private folder and one Common folder for all users. The superuser may add the private folder names as /User1 /User2 ..and so on and point the User1 home folder path to .../dav/User1 the User2 home folder to .../dav/User2 and so on. When a specific user login to the web UI only the own files will be visible under My Files (@Home in the Nextcloud app in Windows 10). Now the superuser add the 'Common' folder and share for every user with the option, Share anonymously. After that when users login to the web UI they will see even the folder 'Common' positioned under the My Files folder. Perfect, very nice, just as we wanted. Now the users can use the Common folder for common files and the own files under the My Files are separated and not visible for others. However when a user connects by Nextcould app in windows there are folders @Home and @Shares. The Common folder lies under @Shares/(1) Superuser/(3) Common.
Is there any way to get more consistency between the web UI and Nextcloud?
Is there any chance to get rid of the (1) Superuser in Netxcloud to reflect the Anonymous share?
Is it possible to get rid of the '(3)' before the folder name 'Common'?
