When in list view, display a thumbnail on mouse over (to avoid clicking each file)

This would be as an option rather than the default column info display (full screen)

Sorry, we won't be implementing this, mostly because the benefit does not warrant the development effort.

For now, the thumbnail view can be used for visually locating a certain file.
