PhotoSwipe in gallery and download cart for galleries shared via link

I see there is no way to change the gallery plugin (swipebox) in the gallery to something else on my own. As i see it it can not be done by a user.

So that is why i am asking to see PhotoSwipe integrated as option.

Also the download cart for shared photos would be great. As i understand i can download all images or single images from a galleryshared via a link, but not browse them like in the "backend" as user and add the ones i would like to have. Or did i simply miss that?
