Show in Photos Section even though "File Type = Documents"

I found the opposite of this topic in the forum. Normally it's a good thing all JPG pictures appear in the photos section. However, when I change the file type from the metadata section to " "Documents", I think this file should not appear in the Photos section. My archive contains JPG documents give from scanner. This files, they should only appear in the "My Files" section.
