PDF Previews don't show on mobile

I have been a user of xxxx for my small file directory needs. PDF previews don't work there, presumably an Android thing, but it does prompt me to open the file on my Android device instead. With FileRun, instead I get a dimmed screen with buttons like info and menu along the top, the name of the file along the bottom, and left and right buttons on each side... and a massive empty space in the middle. This gives the impression that there is supposed to be a preview there.

If there is then it may be broken?

If there isn't then could the mobile interface be changed not to just show a big empty space, and instead open the file?

It seems indeed to be a FileRun bug. We will fix it, thank you for pointing it out.

I am experiencing the same issue.  Has this issue been resolved or this a new one?

Android browsers can't open PDF files, they can only download them. We will make it with the next update so that PDF do not open with the image viewer on Android, but they just download on tapped.

the issue is on ios, worked 3 weeks ago.

Be kind and describe how did it work, but we can't confirm that mobiles ever showed a complete PDF preview with FileRun, other than just an image of the first page.

Same problem here.

Can see the preview when scale down 50% on Mobile Safari but doesn't work when it's 100%.

Android Yandex Browser

PDFs > Thumbnails > Working

PDFs > Preview > Not Working

PDFs > Open > Invalid Path

Return to previous page after invalid path / Hit X to close > shows

Open with cloud convert > stuck on requesting conversion.

Open with Google Docs Viewer > Works

Differentnt browsers and modes different behaviours.

What plugin do you have configured for opening PDF files by default?

Thanks, due to your question I was able to resolve the issue. By default *.pdf was set to "open in browser". I have changed that setting to Google Docs Viewer
