Nelo 6 months ago updated by Vlad R 6 months ago 4

When I click on "Share \ With users" option, in the context menu of a folder, a popup window appear with the "Loading..." label, but it get stuck here.

In the browser console I can read:

Under review

I recommend checking the PHP error log for FileRun-related entries. I am afraid it's too little information at this point.

Here is the last lines of the log:

[Wed Jun 10 12:07:44.149351 2020] [php7:error] [pid 745] [client 192.168.1.99:34458] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught --> Smarty: unable to write file /var/www/html/system/data/temp/smarty/wrt5ee0cd102418b3_46688151 <-- \n thrown in /var/www/html/system/classes/smarty/libs/sysplugins/smarty_internal_runtime_writefile.php on line 49, referer: https://XxXxXxX/

I have FileRun under Docker.

Thank you.

Not a bug

The folder "/var/www/html/system/data" (wherever you mounted "/var/www/html" from the container to your server) is not writable by PHP. How you set the right permissions for fixing that depends on your configuration.

It works!

Thank you very much!
